THE DESIGN

높이 (nopi) — height, the lift of a single confident gesture. The Nopi is a modular cube ottoman in heavyweight upholstered fabric. Built one at a time, in a single cube or as a pair, triplet, or wide configuration along the foot of a bed or under a window.

The form is precise and intentional. Square footprint, vertical sides, soft cap. No legs, no skirts, no decorative seams — the upholstery is one continuous panel pulled taut over a kiln-dried hardwood frame. The fabric you choose decides everything else; the architecture stays the same.

Built to your exact dimensions. Side length from 45cm to 75cm per cube. Configured in singles, pairs, or wide assemblies up to 180cm across. Fully padded high-density foam over webbed support — firm enough to sit on for an evening, soft enough to hold a tray.

Upholstery in heavyweight performance velvet, Belgian linen, bouclé, or full-grain leather. Any colour. The exterior is the entirety of the piece — there is no concealed structure, no hidden hardware. What you see is what holds it together.
